Return, Refund, and Exchange Policies

Cheese Boxes are to be shipped within BC only. All cheese shipped is final sale. All cheese is shipped via Canada Post and is shipped at the buyers own discretion. We pack the cheese boxes with plenty of ice inside of a well-insulated Styrofoam box, but cannot guarantee the temperature or condition of the product upon receiving the package. If Canada Post damages, loses track of, or delays the arrival of your package in any way, it is not our responsibility to cover any of the costs. However, please know that we do everything possible at our end to give the cheese it’s best chance at arriving safely and promptly to your door and it will usually arrive without any issues. If you have a PO BOX you will especially need to keep an eye on the delivery notifications in your email, as well as make sure the box is picked up ASAP from the Post Office or mail slot to prevent the cheese from sitting out any longer than necessary.

All Cheese shipped is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. You may cancel, edit or alter your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to out of stock items or otherwise, a full refund will be issued to your card. If there is a quality issue with the cheese upon opening it, completely unrelated to shipping delays or the temperature of the cheese upon receiving it, we will be happy to refund you for that cheese. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
