Kabritt

This French mountain style cheese, aged between 6 months and a year, has a firm and compact consistency and a buttery texture with a well developed flavour. During the maturation process, our Kabritt develops its own unique and beautiful natural rind. Kabritt is the Haitian Creole word for ‘Goat’, named in honour of our Haitian friends and family.

Goat Feta

A Mediterranean style brined curd cheese with a crumbly texture. The perfect match with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and drizzled with olive oil. Also comes in herb & garlic.

Whole Goat Milk

Pasteurized, Non-Homogenized.

Because our delicious blend of Alpine, Saanen, and La Mancha goat milk is always bottled fresh, we avoid the musky flavour traditionally associated with goat milk – instead our goat milk has a delicate, creamy taste, complemented by its slight tang. Our whole goats’ milk is gently pasteurized and non-homogenized, which preserves the integrity of the molecular structure of the milk and allows a thick, rich cream to float to the top. Because of its smaller fat globules, goat milk provides a tasty alternative for those with who find it difficult to digest cows’ milk or suffer from lactose intolerance.
